Travel Support Program

Purpose

The Center of Excellence (CoE) in Maternal and Child Health provides a limited number of travel awards (up to $400) for students enrolled in the MCH Certificate program who will:

• Present MCH-related work at a professional conference
• Attend MCH-related professional development training

The following expenses are eligible for reimbursement:

• Travel fees
• Conference registration
• Hotel accommodation
• Meals not covered by the conference (Note: alcohol is not a reimbursable expense.)

Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, so long as funds remain available. Students may only receive one travel award during their enrollment in the MCH Certificate program.

First, complete and submit a Travel Award Application Form. Then, e-mail Eve Rose (erose2@emory.edu) with the subject line “Re: Travel Support Application Submitted”.
